Returns & Exchanges


If you are unhappy with your purchase, your item was damaged in transit, or defective, please reach out. We do not typically accept returns or exchanges, but exceptions can be made. 

If a decision is made regarding an exchange, the item(s) must be returned within 14 days. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. If the return is damaged in any way (including damage from shipping), a refund will not be issued.

Same applies to items that may be lost in the mail. We are not responsible for your order once it is in the hands of the delivery service, but we may be able to work on a solution if you make a request.
