When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 1-3 business days from when it was placed. If, for some reason, this window isn’t possible, you will be notified with your new shipping date. 

When will my order arrive?

Unfortunately, once your order is in the hands of the delivery service, there is no way to guarantee the exact delivery date. An estimate is provided once your item ships and has a tracking number. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to dutchspork@gmail.com

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is on its way. 

Will there be an invoice in my order?

Paper invoices will not be included in your order when it arrives. You can find a copy of your receipt in your email’s inbox after placing your order.  

How is my order packaged? 

Orders are protected in biodegradable glassine bags, craft paper bags, or natural waxed paper. They are mailed in rigid mailers (small prints and stickers), biodegradable poly mailers (totes), or plastic-free square shipping tubes (larger prints). 

 

Does the artwork come framed?

At this time, all prints sold on Dutch Spork do not come framed. Both frames and picture frame mats can be purchased at local craft stores or from other online vendors in your desired size. 

Is the artwork original?

Yes. All designs are © thedutchspork and created by H. Lee Messina. 

Can I buy something to resell?

No. Bulk orders with the intention of re-selling or distribution purposes are forbidden. All other business inquiries can be directed to dutchspork@gmail.com

CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final, including Pre-Orders. No exceptions.
